How quickly will be order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched on Saturday. We aim to process all orders within two weeks of the order being placed. 

During high volume events, such as large releases (particularly TheCoffeeMonsterzCo) this can extend up to 6 weeks. 

 

My order has been dispatched but the tracking hasn't yet updated, what's up with that?

Typically, dispatch emails are set to send on the day a collection is due. The lovely Liz from Evri tor Marcus from DHL typically collects on Tuesday. If you got an early shipping notice over the weekend or checked your ShopApp, you may see the dispatch note before it's been collected.

Royal Mail tends to go straight in the post box, so you should see it update once it's scanned into the system. I tend to post late at night, so it will be the next working day when the postman picks up.

 

What mail services do you use?

UK Domestic - We use Evri for most parcels. If something is really small, like a single sheet of stickers, I tend to refund postage and pop a stamp on it!

For International - We use DHL Express via Mule.app. Mule is a freight forwarding service, who bulk collect our DHL parcels and pass them on to local delivery companies. 

My order hasn't been dispatched yet!

If you ordered a combination of pre order items and regular, then you order will not dispatch until the whole order is completed. 

Pre Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after the good arrive in the warehouse. This can be delayed slightly, if I'm working away or have other family commitments.
