How quickly will be order be dispatched?

 

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours. 

 

My order has been dispatched but the tracking hasn't yet updated, what's up with that?

 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse partner Huboo in Bristol. You may receive a shippin gnotice before the collection from the warehouse has occurred. If the shipping hasn't updated in 24 hours, please do contact us.  

What mail services do you use?

UK Domestic - A mixture of Royal Mail 48 and Evri. Tracking is provided with both services.

For International - We use DHL Express & Royal Mail. tracking is provided with both services.

My order hasn't been dispatched yet!

If you ordered a combination of pre order items and regular, then you order will not dispatch until the whole order is completed. 

Pre Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after the good arrive in the warehouse. 

If it's been 72 hours, I may not have released orders to the warehouse due to working away. Hopefully, this doesn't happen very often!
